Endlas uses a 5-axis turning and milling machine along with advanced ceramics for high speed hard turning and milling of metals with hardness up to 70HRC. This capability enables us to quickly produce new tools in the hardened state, which significantly reduces lead times and shipping costs. Live tooling, precision tool setters, and a sub-spindle allows for multiple operations to be completed per part run.
